In the unlikely event that your purchases are damaged or are defective please forward a digital image of the defect or damage with a concise description of the issue in an email. Also please provide how you would like to resolve the issue, be it a replacement, refund or credit.
If you have received goods which you did not order please forward a digital image of the goods with a concise description of the issue in an email. We will contact you about sending the correct order to you.
Refunds are returned in the original form of payment and can take up to 7-21 days to appear depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds.
Account credit can take up to 2-4 days and is normally issued as a voucher.
A request of exchange can take several days and you will be contacted via email when the reprint has occurred.
Please note that for us to resolve issues that have arisen from damaged/defective goods or incorrectly shipped goods we need to know immediately after the order has arrived and has being inspected.
